We reserve any backdrops that have scrapes on the back or scratches or imperfections on the front and sale them at a discounted price. The amount we discount depends on the imperfection. We add new styles as they become available.
We often will have "slightly imperfect" backdrops that we don't sell at full price so we discount these backdrops for flash sales. Sometimes the backdrops will have small scratches on the back (that won't show in photos) or small scratches on the front that are still very small and easy to cover up or photoshop out.
Today we have several of the Dark Brown Wood backdrops in the Lightweight physical material. These all have the same exact imperfections on the front as it's likely the material has the imperfection on it before it was created.
There are two lines across the front of the backdrops, however it's only visible when you shine a flashlight on it, so the lines don't show up in photos or videos.
I have attached photos and a video of exactly what they look like so you can see that they don't show up, even up close.
Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must beunused, free of stains or damage, and in the same package and conditionthat you received it.
Because our backdrops are larger sizes, shipping costs can be quite high. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a replacement backdrop. We understand this can be frustrating as a customer, but we aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible, so we have to have these policies in place.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the backdrop and inspect it, we'll give the customer a full refund for the cost of the backdrop.
