Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, free of stains or damage, and in the same package and condition that you received it.
Exchanges:
Because our backdrops are larger sizes, shipping costs can be quite high. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a replacement backdrop. We understand this can be frustrating as a customer, but we aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible, so we have to have these policies in place.
Returns:
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the backdrop and inspect it, we'll give the customer a full refund for the cost of the backdrop.

- Your full name
- Contact information
- Order number
- Reason for the return or exchange
- If you'd like an exchange, please include which Surface you'd like to receive
Can I return my product for a refund or exchange if...
- I don't like it
- It was a gift and I/they don't want it
- I changed my mind after opening it
- I received it damaged
