Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must beunused, free of stains or damage, and in the same package and conditionthat you received it.
Because our backdrops are larger sizes, shipping costs can be quite high. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a replacement backdrop. We understand this can be frustrating as a customer, but we aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible, so we have to have these policies in place.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the backdrop and inspect it, we'll give the customer a full refund for the cost of the backdrop.

The answer to the above questions isYES! As long as it is within 30 days of delivery and the Surface is unused. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get the process started immediately.
I love my backdrops! They came in time, packaged very well. We had an issue with the way post office handled the package, but we resolved it, and I was very happy with the customer service that Leslie provides. I was looking for a tile backdrop everywhere, but this one is just right. It’s very detailed. And can you tell that I took this image in my studio and not in the kitchen? Exactly!
